I've been enjoying music from Tegan & Sara a lot lately, which made me think more about being a twin. I've decided to dedicate friday's blog to being a twin. Not me and Maren necessarily, but in general, so expect to see some twin posts in the future.


Tegan and Sara are a Canadian indie band led by 29-yr. old identical twins Tegan Rain Quin and Sara Kiersten Quin. Both ladies play guitar, keyboard and write songs. They've released 6 albums in the last 11 years, most recently Sainthood in '09.

If you haven't heard their music I would like to recommend it to you. Now you don't have a reason NOT to listen. You can here their music online. For already fans, they've just announced their tour this summer with Paramore, so check their website for tour dates. For Minnesota dwellers, they will be at the Orpheum on March 24th!

Gearing Up!

Well folks, Heads Twogether is gearing up for the holiday season. People will be out and about shopping for Christmas gifts very soon! I was at Target the other day and they had the store decked out with Christmas and holiday decorations and items!

I've spent some time this week uploading new jewelry items to the shop, as well as bringing in new merch to the Design Collective. I plan to find some more shops to sell our items at so they are more available to people in the twin cities.

I'll be sending a shipment of goodies over to Young Blood in Atlanta today as well, so keep your eyes peeled for the new merch!
